The German Liedtke-Metalldesign has released the new Beastmaster loudspeaker stands in two variations.
The new Beastmaster One and Two from Liedtke-Metalldesign are both available in different colours and heights. The One is a version with four 10 cm diameter pipes and a top plate of choice 50 x 40 cm or 46 x 36 cm. The Beastmaster Two is the smaller brother with tubes of 4 x 9 cm and just a bit smaller plateaus. If you would like a little more stability, the tubes can be filled if desired.
Three colours available
In terms of colours of both Beastmaster models, Liedtke-Metalldesign gives you the choice between a matt black powder coating or polished stainless steel. If desired, a white version is also available. The Beastmasters have four adjustable spikes. You will also find eight matching anti-slip mats, available in a matching colour. A 5 mm Allen key with a T-handle for mounting is supplied. The Beastmaster One costs from €1599; the Two goes over the counter from €1499. In both cases it is the price of a pair. If you do not (yet) know the manufacturer by the way: Liedtke-Metalldesign has been making speaker stands and racks for hi-fi equipment since 2004. Made of metal, of course. Also ‘accessories’ such as spikes and anti-slip mats can be found in the Germans. Always worth a browse through the range, especially if you are fond of tough and sturdy metal.
