Bang & Olufsen presents Beoplay E8 wireless in-ears

Bang & Olufsen

Truly wireless in-ears like Bang & Olufsen’s new Beoplay E8 are always more enjoyable than those with half-half solutions like a neckband.

The new Beoplay E8 3d Generation from Bang & Olufsen is a truly wireless in-ear. The designers have used 3d modeling to ensure that the plugs fit a range of ear shapes and sizes. Compared to the previous generation, the in-ears have been reduced by 17% in size. They weigh only 5.8 grams each. The smaller size makes it comfortable to wear in smaller ears.

Long listening time

The Bang & Olufsen Beoplay E8 3d Generation has a playing time of 7 hours on a full battery charge, which is very neat. In the supplied carrying case there is a battery hidden, which when fully charged can be used for four tankings on the road. So in total you can listen for 35 hours without a power outlet nearby. In terms of Bluetooth codecs, the E8 can handle AAC and AptX. Active Noise Cancelling is missing, which is a bit of a lack considering the price. However, a doubling (compared to the previous version) of the microphones is provided for. The four now present are beam forming towards the mouth, which should improve intelligibility and make distracting ambient noises inaudible. There is also a transparency mode, which allows you to listen to your surroundings without removing the caps from your ear. The BeoPlay E8 3d Generation by Bang & Olufsen costs €350. Available from the 14th of February in our regions.
