Sennheiser has released a new wireless in-ear. The Momentum True Wireless 2 includes ANC or Active Noise Cancelling.
The new Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 has ANC. With the Transparent Hearing function, you can control the intensity of this function in such a way that conversations are possible without removing the caps from your ears. Internally, 7 mm drivers are used, which according to the manufacturer guarantees an excellent stereo image, deep bass, a natural sounding midrange and sparkling height. You can adjust the sound image to suit your taste via the Smart Control app that comes with it. Sennheiser has also thought – while we are on the subject of communication – about the possibility of hands-free calling.
AAC and aptX
For owners of an iPhone, iPad or other Apple device, it is good to know that this new Sennheiser supports AAC, so that no recompression of iTunes or Apple Music (for example), is necessary. AptX is also ready, so the chances of getting good wireless sound quality – better than the standard sound via Bluetooth – are quite high. The playing time on a full charge of the in-ears is about seven hours. Using the supplied charging case, listening without using a power socket can be extended to a total of 28 hours. The black version of the newcomer is already available at €299; a white version is on its way.
