KEF has released a new in-ear with ANC: the Mu3. Designed by British industrial designer Ross Lovegrove who has worked for many big names.
KEF is sixty years old and the world should know. Time to bring special pieces of art to the market. Like the new Mu3 true wireless in-ear. Ross Lovegrove signed for the design, this industrial designer showed his skills also for brands like Airbus, Sony, Apple and more.
The KEF Mu3 features a dynamic 8.2mm driver that covers the entire range. Needless to say, the whole thing has been meticulously tuned and fine-tuned by the KEF acoustic team. This has – as the manufacturer says – led to a dynamic and balanced sound.
Thanks to ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) you can shut out the outside world in terms of sound. Listen undisturbed for example in the train, bus or plane. With the push of a button you can let the surrounding sounds in for a short while, for example if someone wants to ask you something.
9 hours playing time
The KEF Mu3 has a playing time of 9 hours on a full charge. Using the supplied carrying case – also equipped with a battery – you can extend that to 24 hours of unplugged listening. Included are four fitting pieces to get the plugs to fit as tightly as possible in your ear canal. The entire system uses Bluetooth 5.0 and is IPX5 splash resistant. Available as of this month for the amount of €230.
