The new Logitech Zone in-ears are fully wireless and certified for use with Zoom, Teams and Google Meet. So perfect for business use.
We continue to work a lot from home, and for a good portion of humanity that will be a permanent – or partial – thing. And for the inevitable accompanying online meetings, Logitech’s new Zone comes in quite handy.
It is the first in-ear that is certified for all three major “collaboration platforms” Zoom, Teams and Google Meet. The sound quality is optimized for high quality speech. Conveniently, the caps are compatible with both Bluetooth and an included wireless USB transceiver. The latter you can plug into your computer for example. So you can stay connected to your smartphone and computer in terms of hands-free sound.
To be able to work quietly even in noisier environments, Logitech has thought of Active Noise Cancelling (ANC). It also features a transparent mode, so if you’re physically interacting with a few colleagues in a bubble, you can do so without having to keep pulling the earbuds out of the ear.
The playing time on a set of full batteries of the Logitech Zone is – on paper – significantly longer than what many consumer copies offer: 6 hours of talk time or 9 hours of listening with ANC enabled (with ANC off it becomes 6.5 hours and 12 hours respectively).
You can choose from Graphite and Rose colors. Available starting in the fall this year for a cost of $299; a wired version costs $99.
