Elipson Audio presents Music Centre Connect HD

The French company Elipson Audio presents a – at least in terms of design – special product: the Music Centre Connect HD.

What immediately strikes you about the new Elipson Audio Music Centre Connect HD is its shape: a disc. You don’t have to worry about whether that will fit in with the rest of your installation. This is an all-in-one. So if all you need is a streamer amplifier with built-in CD player, DAB and FM tuners, Wifi and Bluetooth, the Music Centre Connect HD is the answer. The output power delivered by the Class D power amplifier in the French drive is up to 120 watts.

As far as inputs are concerned, all the familiar things on both analog and digital level are ready: double RCA, mini-jack and optical in. Would you like to connect an external amplifier? No problem, Elipson has implemented a pre-output for that. Via a USB connector you can play the well-known MP3s or WMA files from a stick, for example.

Furthermore, a separate subwoofer output is available, where you can set the filter frequency between 50 and 200 Hz. On the streaming side, all well-known music services such as Spotify, Tidal, Qobuz and Deezer are supported, while listening to web radio is also possible. Bluetooth supports aptX HD, and via wifi you listen to, for example, the music collection on your NAS. Via the Elipson Connect app, you integrate any other products from this manufacturer present in the house into a whole.

The Music Centre Connect has a price tag of €999.
