Mood Media – which creates media solutions to enhance the customer experience – acquires Octave Group’s PlayNetwork business.

Mood Media’s PlayNetwork is a global music technology partner and provider of audio visual systems that support the customer experience for global brands including Starbucks, Uniqlo, FedEx, Levi’s, Guess, Pret A Manger, Balenciaga and more.

With this acquisition Mood Media further expands its product offering and technology solutions. PlayNetwork is a global player in in-store and digitally curated music, original and managed video programming, content licensing, audiovisual systems, digital signage and consumer insights. The company delivers solutions in 100,000 locations in 115 countries and reaches more than 100 million people daily.
