BluOS 3.16 gives Pulse Soundbar+ wings

Updating the Bluesound Pulse Soundbar+ to BluOS 3.16 gives the device access to Dolby Atmos, aka the height channel.

BluOS 3.16 almost literally gives wings to the BlueSound Pulse Soundbar+. After updating to the ready to download version (actually 3.16.1, by the way), the soundbar is able to decode Dolby Atmos. And that means an even more spacious sound that now also extends into height. Users also get to choose from three adjustable sound profiles: movie, music and late night. At the same time, the firmware update offers various improvements and bug fixes, plus the integration of music service Tunify. Also, according to the developer of BluOS, the intelligibility of dialogues in (live) television has been further improved.

Ready to download

BluOS 3.16.1 is ready for download and update right now. It’s definitely worth installing if you own the aforementioned soundbar. More info about BluOS can be found here.
