Japan’s Final Audio has released the UX3000 headphones, which should do away with the drawbacks of ANC.
ANC or Active Noise Canceling ensures that you notice very little of the outside world. This is good, because it allows you to concentrate on music or other content. The disadvantage is that ANC also has a negative impact on the final sound quality. Final Audio thinks they have found a solution for this, and it is built into their new UX3000 over-ear headphones. You will find a driver in there, specially designed to counteract the negative effects of ANC. Furthermore, a small correction of the higher frequencies is implemented. All this together should lead, according to the manufacturer, to an excellent sound quality that also will charm audiophiles.
Pleasant price tag
Wireless transmission is based on Bluetooth 5.0, with support for the codecs aptX, aptX Low Latency, AAC and the time-honored SBC. If desired, the Final Audio UX3000 can be linked to multiple devices simultaneously (multi point). The price is not too bad: €139.
