German company Brilliant Sound has developed a cleaning spray for CDs that can also be used as a kind of contact spray.
The Brilliant Sound Picture spray cleans a CD optimally, according to the manufacturer. The product is based on a spray that is normally used for cleaning telescope lenses, but now with some additions that make a wider use possible. For example, the stuff is anti-static and contains carbon atoms. The latter should flatten contact surfaces at the molecular level and therefore improve contact. The results should be immediately noticeable after spraying a CD, just like when you use it on contacts. One bottle costs €78.
