Swiss-based Wattson Audio has released a limited-edition version of its Madison streamer DAC, marked “Lounge Edition.
Wattson Audio’s Madison appeared on the market about a year ago. It is a DAC streamer with plenty of features. Now the manufacturer has released the Madison Lounge Edition, which according to the Swiss delivers improved details. By the way, the “regular” Madison is also still available. However, Wattson Audio felt that there was quite a bit more to get out of the device in a variety of areas. And so, among other things, the driver stage has been taken care of, as well as the power supply and decoupling. The color makes the Lounge Edition distinctive too: you’ll recognize it immediately by its “White Sand” color. Also, the LED color has been changed to amber. You can expect the limited edition on the market in the fourth quarter of this year, at a price of €4890.
