Audiolab releases three midrangers from 7000 series

Audiolab has created the new 7000 series, consisting of three main components that allow you to build a complete audio system.

British Audiolab’s new 7000 series consists of the amplifier 7000A (£1099), the music streamer 7000N Play (£549) and the CD transport 7000CDT (£549). The price is set between that of entry-level 6000 and flagship 9000. The integrated amplifier features a trio of RCA line inputs, optical and coax digital in and an MM phono preamp. Furthermore, Bluetooth is supported, including aptX HD. A USB input for linking to a PC or smartphone, for example (maximum PCM 32 bit / 768 kHz and DSD up to and including DSD512) completes the package. The DAC based on an ES9038Q2M Sabre chip also comes in handy for both streamer 7000N Play and CD transport. The streamer is based on the DTS Play-Fi streaming platform, while DLNA, AirPlay 2 and Spotify Connect are also supported. The components are available in black or silver.
