IsoTek introduces the new V5 Sirius mains filters, in the form of a handy power strip into which you plug multiple devices.
According to IsoTek, the V5 Sirius is an “ultra-high performance” power strip with built-in mains filter. Under the hood is the manufacturer ‘s latest filter technology. Another special feature is the ‘System Link’ connection, which allows you to connect multiple V5 Sirius’s where you are always guaranteed a star-mass configuration. Practical is the included wall-mounting system, which allows you to neatly hide the power strip / filter behind a hi-fi system.
No more contamination
The IsoTek V5 Sirius is – according to the manufacturer – usable for all home AV systems. A high-power shunt filter network provides a 23 dB (@10 kHz) reduction in mains voltage noise, -40dB @100 kHz and -60 dB @ 1 MHz. Six independent sockets prevent differential mode cross contamination. Another nice feature is the 54000 A pulse protection, while a 600 A ground terminal is available too. The dimensions of the junction box are 88 x 55 x 555 mm. Price: €999.
