Audio Research has been acquired by AR Tube Audio Corporation, with which the company’s future seems assured.
After a period of uncertainty at Audio Research, there is now clarity and future-proofing. Indeed, the American company has been acquired by compatriot AR Tube Audio Corporation. And that will immediately become the new name of Audio Research too, which will otherwise remain business as usual. Manager will be Valerio Cora of Acora Acoustics, a Canadian high-end speaker manufacturer. It means that there are now no more investment companies involved in Audio Research and its resulting successor, only actual ‘audiophile involved’ parties.
