The Monitor Audio Anthra is a new series of speakers, or rather subs to match all of the brand’s speakers.
Monitor Audio has a special new speaker line: the Anthra Series. ‘This series of three active sub-bass speakers was developed with the very latest technologies specifically to match all Monitor Audio speaker series.
The design goal was: the highest possible performance from the most compact and beautiful enclosure. They are therefore also perfect as extensions for all other (brands of) speaker systems! You choose the model appropriate to your requirements (price, space and performance) and also how many: one large or several small ones. For maximum flexibility and Monitor Audio quality.
The Anthra Series is characterized by the particularly compact cube enclosure with an effortlessly powerful, controlled and extremely detailed deep low. Three models
We briefly list the three models in the series, in the manufacturer’s words
- The Monitor Audio Anthra W10 with 25 cm driver and a 425W amplifier is the most compact model (enclosure volume of only 33 liters gross).
- The Anthra W12 has a 30 cm driver and 900W amplifier.
- The Anthra W15 with the 38 cm driver and 1400W amplifier delivers maximum performance under all conditions.
According to the manufacturer, the Anthra Series replaces the existing sub-low loudspeakers of the Gold and Platinum loudspeaker series “and at the same time is perfect to optimally extend all other (brand) loudspeaker systems.
