IAH – or International Audio Holding and parent company of Siltech and Crystal Cable – is acquiring Germany’s HMS Elektronik.
As of Jan. 1, German HMS Elektronik falls under IAH. HMS is a German manufacturer of filters, audio cables and accessories. HMS was founded in 1975 and is a well-known German high-end brand. CEO Edwin Rijnveld of Dutch IAH is very pleased with the newly acquired. The original owner and founder of HMS, Hans M. Strassner – will remain involved as an advisor.
