The Goldmund Telos 4800 is a mono power amplifier that delivers a maximum power of 1050 Watts RMS at 8 Ohms.
Besides the impressive power output of the new Goldmund Telos 4800, its low THD value of only 0.005% between 20 Hz and 20 kHz is noteworthy too. The specs also mention a damping factor of 600@1kHz. Internally, this mono power amplifier makes extensive use of Goldmund’s own patented MKP silver-metallized MKP capacitors. The entire setup is fully analog. However, both digital and analog inputs are available, including XLR. The ground lift switch can be practically useful. Additionally, the RS232 command connector and a trigger connection are convenient for ensuring easy integration into high-end hi-fi systems.
