Atoll CD400 Evolution

Atoll has launched its new Atoll CD400 Evolution, as announced by distributor Viertron. Several other components in the 400 series have also been updated.

“Atoll has given its top-tier 400 line a makeover. The new design pairs seamlessly with components from other series in the brand’s lineup. The new CD400 Evolution features a proprietary top-loading mechanism developed by Atoll, combining aesthetics, ease of use, and exceptional reliability. This updated model is the result of years of research and development, focused on refining the listening experience,” Dutch distributor Viertron stated.

Improvements

According to Viertron, the audio path and power supplies of the Atoll CD400 Evolution have been enhanced to deliver “an even greater sense of realism, with unmatched clarity and precision in sound reproduction. These upgrades result in exceptionally natural and immersive audio, allowing you to experience every nuance and emotion in recordings. The precise rhythmic tracking also ensures the effortless handling of complex musical passages. With this model, Atoll remains true to its mission of designing high-fidelity equipment that excels in both technology and emotional impact.”

Price and Availability

The Atoll CD400 Evolution is priced at €5,600 and is available in black and silver finishes. It will be available starting late January.
