With the Chord Company PhonoARAY, you can easily create a (virtual) grounding point in your system. This can be especially beneficial for turntables, where unwanted noise and interference can degrade the listening experience. According to the manufacturer, inside the device, you’ll find a hand-wound “ultra high current” series filter, along with a complex, proprietary ARAY parallel filter. This combination is designed to shield against external interference, ensuring a cleaner, more stable audio signal.
Housed in a robust aluminum chassis, the PhonoARAY features two connectors compatible with both banana and spade plugs. To make installation easier, it comes with a 50 cm shielded grounding cable.
However, high-end grounding solutions come at a price – the Chord Company PhonoARAY retails for £1000.
