British audio brand KEF offers a new color choice for the truly wireless Mu3 Noise Cancelling True Wireless in-ears, from now on ‘Charcoal Grey’ is an option.
Following the introduction of the ‘Mu3 Noise Cancelling True Wireless earphone’ earlier this year, British audio brand KEF adds a new version to the collection with the introduction of the new charcoal color ‘Charcoal Grey’. The Mu3 ‘Charcoal Grey’ features a distinctive sleek design and is available from today.
Designed by visionary designer Ross Lovegrove, in collaboration with audio experts at KEF, the new version delivers pure, high-resolution sound on the go, according to the manufacturer.

A nice detail is that KEF is celebrating its sixtieth anniversary this year. The brand is known as one of the first providers that made use of synthetic materials in audio equipment and implemented groundbreaking innovations such as in the ‘KEF Reference Series’.

Design by Ross Lovegrove
For the design, KEF collaborated with Ross Lovegrove. In addition to the Mu3 collection, the Welsh-based designer has also designed the KEF MUON speaker and the KEF MUO Bluetooth speaker. Known for his innovative approach and fluid, sculptural forms that embrace both beauty and technlogy, Lovegrove brings a new dimension to sound with his designs. According to the manufacturer, the ergonomic design of the Mu3 provides “every listener with a comfortable audio experience. There is a choice of four different earbuds for a customized fit that provide the perfect seal for custom sound isolation. The Mu3s are available in two colors: the previously introduced ‘Mu3 Silver Grey’ and the new ‘Mu3 Charcoal Grey’.

After the easy installation, listening to the Mu3 should be a practically pleasant experience due to the automatic pairing. The Mu3s also feature ‘Ambient Mode’, which disables active novice cancellation at the touch of a button, allowing you to hear what is going on around you. Perfect for use in traffic, for example.
