The Montblanc MTB 03 is the first in-ear from this manufacturer, equipped with AAC and “tuned” by Axel Grell.
Montblanc’s new MTB 03 is a truly wireless in-ear. Nice detail: the sound tuning was done by Axel Grell. Previously, he worked as chief engineer in the headphone department of Sennheiser. No small name, then, who undoubtedly has a lot of knowledge about this kind of stuff. The design of the newcomer is based on the luxury branch of pens (Meisterstück) which of course is Montblanc’s core business.
ANC
The Montblanc MTB 03 features ANC, with Bluetooth 5.2 as the basis for the wireless transmission. Supported codecs are aptX Adaptive, AAC and SBC. On a fully charged battery, the in-ears play for about five to six hours; recharging on the road can be done via its charging case. This gives you a total of 18 hours of off grid listening time. As an extra bonus, the in-ears are splashproof (IPX4).
