
At the start of the new year, Philips Audio (AVA) has unveiled a fresh lineup of products. New headphones and audio systems are now available!
Philips Audio has launched its 2025 AVA series, a collection of audio products including wireless headphones, alarm clock radios, all-in-one mini hi-fi systems, and portable CD sound systems. According to the company, each product is designed with repairability and sustainability in mind, featuring replaceable batteries, PCR plastics, and FSC-certified packaging.
New Releases at a Glance

Philips H8000E – Wireless ANC Over-Ear Headphones
Launched in September, the H8000E combines design, comfort, and performance:
- Hybrid Adaptive ANC for optimal noise cancellation with five adjustable levels.
- Bluetooth 5.4 with Multipoint and Auracast for seamless connectivity.
- High-quality sound powered by 40mm graphene-coated drivers, Hi-Res Audio (LDAC), and AAC and LC3 support, including Spatial Audio for an immersive listening experience.
- Battery life: Up to 70 hours playback (50 hours with ANC on), with 8 extra hours after just 10 minutes of charging.
- Sustainable design: Replaceable batteries, ear cushions, and PCR plastics used in construction.
Philips K2000, K4200 & K5500 – Safe and Fun for Kids
Philips introduces three new kid-friendly headphones, designed to be colorful, durable, and volume-limited to 85dB for safe listening.
- K2000 (April): On-ear wired model with 3.5mm jack and USB-C, colorful design, and audio-sharing option.
- K4200 (April): On-ear wireless headphones with Bluetooth 5.4, LED lights on the ear cups, and 45-hour battery life.
- K5500 (July): Over-ear model with Bluetooth 5.4, Hybrid ANC, and child-friendly controls.
All models are made with PCR plastics and come in plastic-free packaging.
Philips R5100 & R5600 – Stylish Alarm Clock Radios
These compact clock radios combine functionality with a sleek design:
- R5100 (June): Vertical design, 2.5W RMS output, supports DAB/DAB+/FM.
- R5600 (July): Horizontal design, 5W RMS output, also supports DAB/DAB+/FM.
Both models feature a large LCD screen, Bluetooth 5.3, and IPX4 water resistance.
Philips M2 Mini Hi-Fi Systems – Compact and Powerful
Four new models combine CD players, Bluetooth 5.4, tuners, and more in a compact design:
- M3205M2 & M3505M2 (February): 20W RMS output, with FM and DAB+ tuners respectively.
- M4205M2 & M4505M2 (September): 80W RMS output, with enhanced speakers and FM/DAB+ options.
All systems are made with PCR plastics and can be controlled via an app.
Philips Z5000 & Z6000 – Portable CD Sound Systems
Two new portable CD sound machines will launch in February:
- Z5000: Features FM tuner, Bluetooth 5.4, and USB playback options.
- Z6000: Adds DAB+ support while retaining the same features as the Z5000.
Both models offer 4W RMS output and easy control via the Philips Entertainment App.
