The test setup

We tested the Mutec MC1.2+ in our main system. We used the converter in the same JCat USB card as the Mutec MC3+ USB. We used the MC1.2+ both directly and through the MC3+ USB. It made a big difference! Especially since the MC3+ USB also uses a REF10-120 reference clock.
