And although this amplifier can be used as a desktop amplifier, it also fits very nicely in a regular stereo setup. If you’re looking for a power amplifier in this price range, you might not immediately think of this small, cute little box.

Usually one goes for the largest power box with the most watts but take it from us: this Ttoby is pure class. It doesn’t take up a lot of space, doesn’t get excessively hot and doesn’t leave you with a hernia. Yet you do get plenty of musicality, loads of control with most speakers, a high fun factor and more. It’s also a beautiful piece of kit to look at.

Of course, those 50 watts have their limitations, but all of our speakers are effortlessly controlled. If you have a dac with volume control, but still can’t get the most out of it, this Ttoby is a no-brainer.
