12999 euros is a lot of money. It is a lot of money for an amplifier, set of speakers, a 2nd hand car … it’s just a lot of money. But the fact is: the MOON 700i V2 is a beautiful piece of electronics.

Who is looking for one of the most beautiful integrated amplifiers on this planet, can not ignore the MOON 700i V2 (in our opinion). We haven’t had a better integrated amplifier in our listening room. Make sure you have a nice source and a pair of capable speakers, because, well: this brute on ballerina shoes deserves something decent. Right?

If you are looking for a powerhouse with refinement, the MOON 700i V2 is the right choice. This is truly the best integrated amplifier we've had in our listening room. And the most expensive. Don't expect any bells and whistles like a d/a converter, streamer or wifi. You're not going to find that. You will find a rock-solid pre- and power-stage that effortlessly drives large speakers. Perhaps not 5 stars (price and usability), but Alpha Approved! Because boy ... what a fun we had with this MOON!
