We realize all too well that not every music or hifi-lover can afford a Rotel Michi set. EUR 5999 and EUR 3499 is just a serious amount. For many, this is the choice between a new (used) car or a new amplifier.
But for the ‘lucky bastard’ who can afford this: it is a system for the very serious enthusiast who wants to go for absolute control and insight. The Michi set is neither sweet nor rough. It’s a duo that’s balanced. A system that is flawless without becoming sharp or mean. And it does this with lots of space and ambiance.
Both the front and output stage play at a very high level. The dac is of a notable high level even. There is absolutely no need for a separate converter.
