Network cable connectors… not very sexy of course. But an important part of the cable. And so there’s quite a bit of difference in them. Both in ease of installation and in price.
The most expensive are certainly not the best. And the cheaper ones are actually not much inferior to the more expensive ones.
Which one do we recommend? Pretty simple: the Hirschmann and the Helos. Those who like a full metal model can get the Helos. And those who don’t mind white plastic: the Hirschmann is a particularly good deal.
Do you have a crimping tool and a little more patience? The standard connector is actually just fine too…. solid connection and durable.
