B&O Hegeman informs us that despite all measures during this period, service will continue safely where possible.
Covid is a huge challenge for most stores and entrepreneurs. In its most recent newsletter B&O Hegeman let us know that it has taken up the challenge as safely as possible: ‘During this period B&O Hegeman is open for maintenance and repair of consumer goods. But did you know, that with due observance of all regulations, a B&O Hegeman employee can still come to your home, to install products, to solve problems or to show products to you in Virtual Reality?”.
Safe in virtual reality
Hegeman continued: ‘If you are interested in one of our B&O products, we offer the unique possibility of showing our products safely in Virtual Reality at your home during the day: think of it as your own personal showroom. You can call or e-mail us to schedule an appointment: we emphasize that we have the safety regulations concerning corona in high esteem’. Also nice is the virtual store (see screenshot above), you can look around without leaving your lazy chair!
