Focal made us feel positive. The impression they leave is that they take their product very seriously. And although that seems logical, it is unfortunately not so obvious nowadays. In many cases it’s about making money…Nothing wrong with it, but it shouldn’t be at the expense of quality. We’re lucky they didn’t skimp. The woodwork is beautiful, the units get the attention they need and also the delivery is not without a final check.
